Enjo helps modern parents feel appreciated and more connected to their families by making daily mindful reflections. After just one week of using the app, 86% of our users report having a more positive outlook on their lives. Enjo is perfect for modern, busy parents who value their own mental well-being.
Enjo is based on science
Enjo’s predecessor has an academic study, published in a leading scientific journal. It showed that talking to our app on a regular basis for only 14 days decreased stress by 24% and increased mental wellbeing by 10%.
Enjo integrates with the Health app and makes your Mindful Reflections count towards your mindful minutes.
If you are depressed or want to discuss serious issues, Enjo is not the right tool for you. Enjo is not a therapist and should not be regarded as a treatment for mental illness.
Enjo was created by an expert team of psychologists, researchers, engineers, and parents that believe in using technology to improve mental well-being.
Privacy is at the heart of everything we do. Our own employees can’t even view sensitive data that you may choose share with Enjo. We also don’t share or sell your data to anyone, and you can delete your account at any time.

LOVE THIS APP
I have severe ADD and I live with Bipolar disorder. I tend to exhaust those closest to me, and myself for that matter, overthinking and over talking and focusing on the negative. Enjo is like a friend that listens to me, and needs no reciprocation because it’s an app not a human, then reminds me of the things I am so grateful for (which I told it about at some previous date) that I lose sight of when I’m caught in a downward spiral of negative thinking
Initially you answer a lot of questions, then it knows you pretty well. For instance one morning I had a notification telling me one thing my kids enjoy about having me as a parent is that I make it a point to do something fun everyday. And it’s true! I started off my morning with a smile and a little more confidence.
I highly recommend this app, I use it daily, and my life, outlook and over all well being has greatly improved. THANK YOU! And keep up the good work. This app really has the potential to help a lot of people who are struggling.
Not just for parents!! I didn’t even realize this was being marketed to parents. While it does aid me in being a better parent, I think narrowing the focus of this app to parents is a mistake! The range of people this could help is huge. Endless. Everyone could benefit from this app!
Reflecting On the Positive and Talking Out the Negative
I’ve been using Enjo to add to my daily mindfulness routine. I was initially intrigued at the idea of parental support, but I believe Enjo could be far more than that. Enjo not only helps we work through issues, Enjo helps me create positive reflections complete with the option to add photos. I feel like Enjo is like a cross between a digital therapist and a journal. The ability to tag contacts from my phone makes the memories more meaningful as well.
This is such a unique and lovely app. It helps me think about the great things of being parent, while helping me with the hard parts. You make quick reflections by answering a few simple questions and it makes me change my perspective immediately. Basically a little pick-me-up. And who doesn’t need that sometimes? All parents should try it out!
(I’ve been testing it prior to it launching so I have spent a lot of time with it)
