Ruined a great thing

Evernote has gone from being a simple, reliable, and truly terrific way to keep notes across multiple devices, to a bloated unreliable app virtually not worth having.

The synchronization is now totally unreliable and messed up. When you update on several different devices at different times, very often you get conflicting notes.

My latest surprise is it an entry I put in an iPhone note on March 29, no longer appears in the note. However it appears in the summary of the note with the title! There is no way I can access the update in that note from that date. What good is that? If you can't store data you need an access it why have the app?

It is my hope that at some point the developer will dump all the other business ventures they're getting into like selling stuff online, and come back to the core product they're selling, so we can once again benefit by it. But they have ruined the one product that was most unique and therefore most valuable to them and us users.

I cannot recommend this app at this time, unless what you putting your notes is not important to you. But then, why would you need it?

Best organizer

I am so impressed with this app ... I am even impressed that it is very useful over all platforms. I have PC, DroidX, and iPad and love using them all together. I teach Bible study classes and this has been a great way to keep my notes together and have been getting the ladies in my class to do so as well. I love it and am passing the word Evernote to all of my friends ... Keep up the great work. To me the best part is its functionality over all platforms.
What??? You don't have Evernote??? What is wrong with you??? Let me tell you all about it ..... best app ever ...
I love this app ... I love the new stuff ... Like combining audio with writing as well as typing ... Thumbs up folks

Evernote review

While not perfect, I prefer Evernote over the competition because it has support across multiple platforms and a great feature set.

There are a few things that would go a long way in making the app/service far more useful for me:

1. In-app browser/web clipper. My current round-about way to clip things to Evernote on the go is save to pocket, then send to Evernote. Tedious, and not always successful.

2. Let me put notes in multiple notebooks at the same time.

3. "Smart" notebooks that automatically collect notes based on certain sorting criteria, such as a specific tag.

My #2 item especially would make a radical improvement on my Evernote workflow.

Thanks guys!
