I must say that the Chase app has never given me a problem. Is convenient in so many ways and from so many different devices especially if you’re person on the go. Your phone iPod iPad etc.. The security on it I think it’s phenomenal and if there ever is a problem don’t ever hesitate to call customer service. They’re always there and they will look into anything that you feel you never did nor authorized and make sure The problem is taken care of. I also love their option which I’ve just started using about six months ago to pay your bills through the Chase app! I would tell anyone that it would be safer and always be on record. I would highly recommend doing it this way instead of going through the company itself. So you can safely and conveniently pay all your bills utility bills,car insurance, credit card and whatever you need to pay on a monthly basis at a certain time. So it doesn’t just help you to check your account/accounts balance and making transfers as well as checking to make sure you’re not near your limit of transfers for the month. I am new to chase. I enjoy the card I have, and enjoy using this app too. There’s only a few things I’d like to see improved upon.
1. Once you schedule a payment, it would be nice to see an updated (pending) new available credit immediately, so you know what it will be once it is posted. Currently it updates once a payment is posted, which is one business day later, and confuses me when I see no immediate change.
2. Is related, and is aimed at the email sent once payment is scheduled. Once payment is scheduled, it would be nice to see a snapshot of what your balance and available credit will be, when they apply the payment the next business day in that email.
3. UPDATE THE IPAD APP!! The iPad app is out dated and needs to be updated to be like the iPhone app, and even more detailed as the iPad screen has more real estate to display updated features. It is old and needs to be updated.
Just my two cents. That said I do enjoy this app, and am enjoying my card membership.
Chase Mobile ROCKS!!!
I love this app.. I use this app daily to monitor my checking account activity. It allows me to do my banking without driving 30 miles to the nearest Chase branch, saving me a lot of time.
I was also able to catch a fraudulent charge that had been made to my account, just a day after the purchase had been made, by checking my balance then seeing the fraudulent purchase listed on the App. Chase Bank customer service reps were very helpful and fixed the issue immediately.
The Chase App makes my banking convenient, easy and efficient. The continuous updating and innovation keeps the Chase App performing at a level which is top notch. It Absolutely Rocks!!
Chase Customer Service is VERY professional, considerate and knowledgeable also. They will do whatever it takes to solve any banking issues and/or questions that you may encounter. Chase Bank is a class act- period. Bravo!!!
