Welcome to the 2019 edition of Omar Sharif Bridge.
Featuring a faster and smoother user interface along with a stronger state of the art artificial intelligence engine, the 2019 edition celebrates over 36 years of us bringing you the best in Bridge card games.
Omar Sharif Bridge supports 2 variants of the game of Bridge: Rubber and Chicago Bridge.
Bridge is played by four players who form two partnerships. Players within a partnership face each other across the bridge table. Traditionally, the players are referred to by the points of the compass - North, East, South and West. The two partnerships are North/South and East/West.
In Rubber Bridge a rubber is played as the best of three games. A game is won by the first partnership to score 100 or more points in successful contracts.
In Chicago Bridge you play four hands of Bridge. The winner is the partnership that scores the most points in those hands.

Ratings and Reviews
Omar Sharif Bridge
Too bad he is not around to see how they use a great actor and gentlemen to sell
a mediocre bridge game. Yes it is good to play after the bid is done but the response to replay or view the hand or game does not respond. Maybe there is something in settings but I still can’t get a reply of the game or view a replay. Great man poor app. Sorry
What as said is exactly how I would have
Please program it to use the goren system.
Doesn’t use the goren system , most everywhere that is the system used
Great interface but incredibly lousy player
First off, at least one other review said it's buggy. So far, I haven't encountered any bugs and t's fast. it plays truly lousy bridge though, both in the bidding and the play. In fact, you can be almost certain, when playing defence, that your computer partner will be blind to even the most obvious signals.
But I like the interface. The "replay" option is well thought out, with the option to easily choose at what point in the play or bidding to start off from. What could be improved?
- allow "claim" to be made when it's obvious you have the rest of the tricks
- more flexibility in bidding systems and option for opposition to play different bidding system.
Of course, there are many other things that could be added, although that would really take a much more sophisticated app: most obviously playing with others.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
