The best alarm app

I have been using this app for almost a year and really like the statistics, such as hours in bed, sleep quality, and actual times of being in bed. This is especially nice over a long period of time where averages are shown. This is broken down by days showing which day of the week are your best/ worst days. An example is out of 346 nights, I have an average of 7 hours and 45 minutes in bed. I do not use the wake up phase, but do two 10 minutes snoozes before my actual time of wake up. One of the best things I like is the shake to snooze feature. This is very easy to do so it may not be for everyone. I use the accelerometer for motion detection and put the phone under the light sheet in the corner of my bed. I also like the warning alarm that starts going off when your phone is low in battery. I have forgotten to plug it into the charger before and better to wake up in the middle of the night than not waking up on time for work. You can set up specific days for your alarm to monitor your sleep, but not wake you up. This app has many features and have been using it longer than any other alarm apps.

I use this every night for the past 15 or 20 days, and it really helps me to figure out how I'm doing with my sleep. It makes me think about why I may or may not be getting a good nights sleep.

It seems that when I get close to eight hours I feel much better but when I only get seven hours I don't feel as good. After you start the application and you see the clock on the screen you can tap the button on top of the iPhone to sleep the screen if you like as it will work with the screen black.

I would like to see a fade in alarm sound that will gradually fade in, but the volume can be adjusted to a set volume. I choose my own sound from my music list which is a nature sounds of streams and rain and birds that I purchased in the iTunes store. The name of that track is Stream and bird atmosphere and also Gentle flowing brook over Stones with forest stream. You can search for these tracks in iTunes and so you can add them as a track to wake up for so you wake up to soothing sounds.

There's not such thing as perfect

I enjoy using this app I believe Apple can take a cue or two and integrate the use of waking the user during the lightest stage of sleep into their own Bedtime that was introduced with iOS 10. I particular like using this app with my Philips lamp clock that increases it's intensity of light at the given preset time. I ask many many people about their sleep rituals and often I hear stuff like I go to sleep with the tv witch is the worst thing you could possibly do due to the blue light emitted from the screen what this causes is your brain inability to produce melatonin a hormone necessary to fall asleep, this product along with listening to a podcast 1 hours before bed will definitely Improve your sleep quality, also I recommend a sound like a fan or rain to enhance your sleep cycle so yeah I do recommend this app as a start to being to getting a more restful sleep.
