It Has Great Reviews for a Good Reason 🌟
Andrew's apps have all made a difference in my life in a big way and when life gets chaotic, I turn to his apps :) I am only in my early 20s and for awhile, I used his Relax app to fall asleep at night, which is great, but this app does help much more with my insomnia. If you suffer from chronic insomnia, you probably shouldn't be relying on this app alone to help you fall asleep. I was reading the reviews for this app and it seems the only negative ones are coming from people who suffer from chronic insomnia. I have always had a difficult time sleeping since I was very little and this app has helped tremendously! It is a self-hypnosis app though, so if you have it in your head that nothing will help you fall asleep and that it won't work, you're already failing yourself.

I am a 40-year-old man with a 15+ year history of insomnia. I routinely roll around wide-eyed in bed until 2-5am, and on some nights never go to sleep at all.
I have tried everything to improve my sleep hygiene (no caffeine, no late meals, an all dark and quiet room), including many apps here in the app store that mainly focus on white noise.
This app is about meditating off into sleep, not about distracting your busy mind with the sound of a fan or the trickling of a stream. It directly engages you by giving you control over your own feelings about rest, and allowing yourself to relax your body all on your own. The narration and background music strikes the perfect tone, almost sounding like the equivalent of an adult lullaby.
Love this app
This app has become a permanent utility on my iPhone. Even if I don't, but I usually do, end up falling asleep it helps me to relax. I started out using the free Relax app. I enjoyed using that app to help me relax mid day. I would usually become so relaxed I would dose off during. The relax app wakes you up in the end so I needed on that didn't and decided to take a chance and purchase the Sleep app. No regrets. I love his voice. Not sure if its the Scots accent or what... Hmm. Well, it might have a little to do with that. LOL But in all honesty the guy IS good. I'm very pleased with the app.
Only one thing I might change.
I would love the ability to change up the background music or maybe add some muted sounds like approaching thunderstorm, wind or crackling fireplace.
