What's New in Version 7.13.1

This release welcomes some new and improved features to MyFitnessPal:

•You’ll see a macronutrient breakdown of all the recipes in your recipe list.

•Our Voiceover features were updated to provide more helpful hints and a smoother overall experience.

•You can now login to the app using your 1Password or LastPass account.

•We moved the back button for our forums so you don’t accidentally tap it anymore.

Awesome but have suggestions

This app is awesome, it is super easy to use, the calories already inputted are very accurate, and the scan option is awesome. If you are really interested in your fitness, I recommend paying for the full app.

Some suggestions; one, have a place to log bowel movements and mood, two, have a way to change the Y axis to make it smaller so that you don't feel so crappy when weight fluctuates naturally. Three, have a way to make workouts not a part of calories, I don't want to be told to eat more just because I worked out, because I'm trying to lose weight. Four, give students a discount

CHANGED MY LIFE

I'm not one to ever write reviews, but if you download this app and stay motivated to your goal, this app will change your life. You can still eat what you want to eat but just watch your calorie intake, I lost close to 30 pounds in the first 2 months, the second month I decided to start working out at the gym which helped, I'm still going and I won't stop, the one thing I learned was to eat fast food or something you might think is not good for you at least twice a month to remind myself i can still eat what I want, but just watch the calorie intake. Anyone who says this app is bs just wasn't motivated.

BROKEN

The MFP app has been broken for a long time. I'm usually patient but I've run out of patience. My steps, tracked by my Apple Watch, don't show in MFP - the Watch App, the iPhone App, or the desktop version. And now, the calories counts aren't syncing. I could log 1500 on my phone but the desktop will show 1200. And not because of exercise calories - those are still set to 0 - but rather because several of my food entries are MIA. Not even syncing manually solves the problem. They have no idea how to fix it, they're just content to collect $$ because no one else has buried them with a better product yet.
