**** ABOUT PRANAYAMA ****
Pranayama is composed of two Sanskrit words: Prāna, which means life force, or vital energy (for the breath particularly) and "āyāma," to suspend or restrain. It is often translated as control of the life force. When used as a technical term in yoga, it is often translated more specifically as "breath control." For current students of yoga, our app can help you improve your technique without much conscious effort, so that you can focus your mind purely on breathing and technique. What's New in Version 6.4
The back button has been fixed the options menu.
The one thing they sought out to fix in the latest update is now in fact even more broken (back button is no longer visible but still oddly enough, functional). The content from my past review still stands (below). This app is lucky no one else has the timer designed like they do otherwise I would have moved on years ago. I do not encourage anyone to purchase this application.

I don't like the post-meditation screen encouraging me to 'share or cancel'. Seems kind of against yogic concepts of not being haughty, why do I want to share to the world that I took 15 minutes to breathe and focus on myself?
