Customer service is terrible here

John Aven

Really nice people that work in customer service, but clearly the company hates their customers and doesn't care about them at all.

I tried to buy tickets last night for the upcoming NLDS playoff game. I found great seats at a reasonable price and tried to buy them but something went wrong on stub hubs end and it locked my account, then locked my credit card, then couldn't restore it until the next day. I had my bank with me on the line as I called customer service to figure out what the problem was, and it still never was resolved even with my bank testing my card and confirming all the information. I had to go use a different card, which I don't get points for which is why I didn't want to use it, and now the tickets I got ended up being almost $200 because ticket prices went up and their fees are ridiculous. When I asked a rep if they would at least waive part of their fee as this was their fault which she acknowledged and ticket prices were now more expensive meaning a higher fee per ticket, she told me they all had their privileges revoked to offer and promotion or discount to customers... that's so messed up. This was their fault, which they acknowledged, yet they won't help out a long time customer, buyer and seller...

So if you have an option, buy tickets elsewhere or go into it knowing they literally could care less about their customers and would never accommodate you even if it's completely their fault.

Delisted my Tickets!

I will never use StubHub again! I purchased 4 tickets for a Cubs game. I was concerned about the seats right away, and had multiple conversations over several weeks with them about my concerns. I was assured the seats were together (even despite there being a listing from another sale, in the same section, with seats between mine!) I eventually relisted the seats, using the "realist tickets" option on the StubHub website, and purchased other tickets elsewhere for peace of mind. The week of the event I was notified that I listed my seats incorrectly. I was told I would have to delete my
Listing, and list my tickets as sets if two, and I would need to enter the ticket SKUs. I explained that I purchased 4 tickets, together, and it seemed shady I couldnt sell them together as a set of 4. I did delete my listing, and entered all the SKUs (despite being a resale), and relisted my tickets. I was then notified the DAY OF THE GAME, as I was on my way to the game, that StubHub had deactivated my listing. They stated I needed to re-enter everything again. I explained that is not an option, since I was currently traveling. Needless to say, I did not end up selling my tickets.

StubHub is a complete joke.

Buyers beware

I purchased Blake Shelton tickets for tonight's concert and still haven't gotten my tickets. The sellers received my money and were suppose to download the tickets yesterday. I have called StubHub for the last two days and now the best they are offering is to stand up or a refund bc the only available seats left cost more than the tickets I paid for. It's not my fault..I wanted the tickets I paid for. They need to charge the seller for the cost of upgrading my tickets. I for one can't stand and my daughter's present is ruined if they don't make this right. We are suppose to leave in an hour and I still don't have tickets and I'm out a few hundreds of dollars. And one soon to be disappointed daughter when she finds out we dont have the tickets. This was a gift for her and also something she's looking forward to after taking her SAT test all morning.
Way to go StubHub for not caring about your customers who have no control over what available tickets are left a few hours before the event. Guess you rather have empty seats than to make this right.
TicketMaster will be my go to from now on.
This was suppose to be a fun mother/daughter night.
