App with flexible features

This app has flexible features. You can rely on only the visual signal to inhale and exhale, or you can close your eyes and listen to a male or female voice along with one of several background sounds. If you want just the background sound, you can set the voice to "silent."

Excellent but a little glitch

This app works great and has really helped me. I find that the breaths per minute that I set on the app doesn't always take, and I discover I've started a session being guided to breathe at a faster pace than the rate that I had set. Took one star off for that. Otherwise I highly recommend the app!

Pretty good

I think this is a very good app. I would like for the "guided sounds" to have more options. Maybe something like wind noises that fade in and out, or a harmonious breathing sound from someone who has good breathing technique. Also I'm not a huge fan of either of the guided voices. Soft British accents are something I know many people would enjoy.
