Love it! A Calculator On My Watch!

Just what I need on my Apple Watch (and my iPhone). While the interface for this app takes a little practice to figure out, I have had no trouble using all the features in the app after just an hour of use, including changing the default conversions to the exact ones I will need to use the most on my watch. Someone here complained that that was a missing feature, or words to that effect, but it is not. Here's how you can change the conversions for the watch: in the phone Calcbot app, pull down where the total figures appear; in the upper right corner is a gear symbol you can select; from the drop down menu choose "Settings"; select "Watch"; this is where you can change the four conversions available on the watch to any category and units you want to be available on your watch. That's it. Happy calculating! (For what it's worth, I bought the Pro version right off the bat. I assume the non-pro version works the same. If not, spend the $2. It really will not break the bank, I promise).

Almost there!

I love the iOS app and have for quite a while. The Watch App is actually interesting (unlike so many of the watch apps out there) but it's not quite there. Among other things, it needs to be possible to do conversions both ways. For example, it will only convert Fahrenheit to Celsius and not the converse. While I can do air temp conversions in my head, I still have to pull out a calculator for oven temps. Please add the ability to go both directions with the watch conversions.

Does not work on Apple Watch

this app is listed under Apple watch apps, so I downloaded it. when I looked at the app icons on my watch, I saw one icon that was greyed out, and when I tapped on it, it didn't do anything. So I had to go to the Apple watch app on my iPhone, clicked on layout, then clicked on the greyed-out icon to see what it was. And it turned out to be this app. So, if you want it for your iPhone and iPad, it opens up. But for your Apple watch, forget it. It is not an Apple watch app, and should be removed from the list of Apple watch-specific apps.
