iTunes Connect Mobile
Open iTunes to buy and download apps.
The iTunes Connect Mobile app allows developers and iBooks Store providers to access their catalog and sales data anywhere on their iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. iTunes Connect users can also view the metadata for all of their titles and set specific titles as Favorites for easier tracking.
What's New in Version 2.0.2
Minor bug fix for push notifications.
Adds support for iPhone 5.
Not Apple worthy
First, for all of the morons complaining/thinking that prompting you to re-login is a bug, get a clue. This is by DESIGN as leaving you logged in is a huge security problem (friend grabs your phone and pulls your app of the store... duh!) Typing your freaking PW is not a hardship and you should thank Apple for not letting you shoot yourself in the foot.
That said, this is a really pathetic piece of software for monitoring your iOS apps and isn't worthy of Apple. It has got to be one of the most confusing UIs I've ever see... You click around and end up seeing the same stuff over and over in different "areas" (and what you see isn't obvious and doesn't make sense), you can't seem to get simple info like TOTAL number of installs of your app for all time, the data is INACCURATE (says no reviews when you in fact have some) which means you can't trust what you're seeing. The list of deficiencies goes on and on.
It's better than nothing, but a really bad implementation of something that should be really easy for Apple. How about REAL TIME updates instead of daily, eh? Crazy talk!
Gets the job done, but very frustrating to use.
The app is very slow, the ui particularly clunky and freezes a lot, data is often out of sync with the app store, showing "no reviews" when you actually have 10+ that you can see under the "all versions" tab.
Forces you to type your password in way too often, when sessions expire you're in for a flurry of alert views (3-4 often).
Going through reviews from different store is a really painful experience, reviews can't be sorted and are presented in a ridiculously small font, in a teeny tiny popover that's way too easy to accidentally close.
iPad is slightly less worse, iPhone is really horrible.
Come on apple, you've proven repeatedly that you master good UI design, why ship such a bad app?
Very basic update long overdue
This app doesn't need to support iOS 5. What kind of developer/entrepreneur still runs iOS 5 on their personal device?
I think all devs agree that this app needs an overhaul.
We need to be able to track iAd revenue, needs a more streamlined UI.
A little (optional) push notification every day with a quick summary of the sales would be nice.
How about the ability to manage users?
I'm sure there are many ways that ITC could be enhanced on iPhone and iPad and offer even more convenient functionalities than on the web. More and more developers use iPads for more of their work. So please offer them the capabilities and the ease of use.
