1) Select the [SettingⅠ] or ,[SettingⅡ] icon on the main screen.
2) SettingⅠ mode- Enter the total volume and the total time you wish to set.
Setting Ⅱ mode- Enter the flow rate or drip rate you wish to set.
3) Touch ‘Set flow rate’ button.
4) The drip interval is calculated and shown on the screen,
Then an audio effect of its own calculated interval like a metronome in music,
is created to adjust the actual drips at the corresponding sound interval with the roller clamp or the IV flow regulator.

2. Checking the flow rate
The IV Therapy Helper checks to see the ongoing flow rate.
1) Touch the [Check] icon on the main screen
2) Tap the screen consecutively over 4 times, each time a drip falls from the drip chamber.
3) See a display of the ongoing flow rate and drip rate on the screen,

After setting or checking the flow rate
1) Entering the residual volume in the volume box.
2) Touch the [Timer Registration] button
3) Input the ID and NAME on the screen.

Howling Huskies ,

Awesome app!! Thank you!

I've bought and downloaded many free similar apps but this one is by far the best app for figuring out IV Fluids to administer. Plus, I can create a patient timer list to track my patients on fluids. I use this as a vet tech, great for nurses too. Cons: dont like timer sound to remind to check on patient or drop noise. Pop up notification only is fine. Turned off sound in app but timer sound still goes off. I'll just mute phone @ work for now. Flow Rate Checker is genius. You tap the water drop on screen 5 times to pace of IV drip flow & it will tell you how fast IV is running. Would love option for fluid end time in patient list for military time OR am/pm. If you use IV fluids a lot, fast pace job, or are just weak in math... it is totally worth the price. Would have preferred cheaper but looked way better then the cheap vet tech ones I've bought, and it is. Thank you!

Its very sharp en accurate!!

This infusion controller is just perfect!!

This app is very sharp and accurate, the settings are al custom made or changed wen ever you want.
There are two modes to set I in mL, hr and min the other in mL/hr and drops/min
Its very easy to make the settings and there is a check function to check whenever a drop falls!
Also there is function to make a timer list to make timers, so you know when there is a infusion almost empty.
The string in the app are for the sound control, Waggle and insert a drop factor.

Very handy in the hospital 😉 sisters need to buy an iPhone!!
