Customer Reviews

Only 2 or 3 stars at most

If you've played the free lite version, you've seen and played all there is to this game. The artwork is very nice and cool and that's about the only thing it has going for it. The gameplay is as shallow and boring as it comes with just mashing one attack button repeatedly. For some reason also, you can literally hit a single enemy hundreds of times, long after it "died" after the first 2 hits. It doesn't disappear until you stop hitting it. It took me a few levels to figure that out, lol. Very annoying. The powerups in the game are pretty worthless and your tiny inventory space doesn't allow you to utilize them much anyway. The pet raising aspect of the game is nonexistant. By the time you can unlock a pet, it will die in one hit in battle every time and will not level up past the first level, so very pointless. Overall, this game could've been much better with deeper gameplay, fixes to the issues named above, and more content. (The game is beatable in 2 hours, without any reason to return to it)

Unknown facts

After playing the game for some time already, I've found myself with an interesting doubt: Why do Pets stop leveling at lvl 61?

Don't know if they get some restriction based on your, and then they can start leveling up again after you do too or what but...

The fact is that I got frustrated(And will keep frustrated if this is so...) that my "Little Black" stopped at lvl 61...After so much time and gold spent I don't think it would be fair to stop at such random number...

Beautiful but broken

The artwork and graphics are truly beautiful. The lore and story behind the game is also very original and intriguing. However, gameplay is essentially broken. Enemies seem to hit far too hard, controls are delayed and difficult to use, and no matter how careful, mindful and defensive you play, you just seem to die constantly. The pet mechanic would be fantastic if they didn't die in a few hits. Until substantial improvements are made stay away from the game and don't waste your cash on the in-app coin purchases. So much potential but needs much work. I felt the need to write a constructive review because I want to love this game so I am hoping the devs listen and make changes for future updates.
