I use Postalpix because they really do care about their customers. They may be a small company but they make up for it with their high quality photos and their support! Julie from support deserves a raise for her outstanding support when I needed it. I can’t for the life of my figure out why some of these people are bashing this company so hard. I’ve seen them make mistakes but THEY ACTUALLY CARE and make up for it! I’m a reasonable person, mistake are made...these one star people can’t be reasonable people. I’m here writing this review because I genuinely believe in this company and the people who run it. Every single order I’ve gotten from them has been absolutely superb. I hate singing small companies go down because a very small group of people are so ungrateful. REMEMBER...MOST POEPLE JUST COMPLAIN WHEN REVIEWING A COMPANY (take those reviews with a grain of salt). I wish most honest people would rate apps but that’s not the real world... 🤯
I've never written a review for an app before, if I don't like a app I usually delete it and forget about it. I'm writing this review to warn others and to give the owners of Postal Pix a wake up call. I usually always go with my gut instinct after doing my research and I saw the bad reviews and the so called developer, "glitches" that other customers voiced but I decided to give Postal Pix shot...after all they had said they corrected the issues weeks before I placed my order on Oct. 22nd. Well it turned out that I was correct with my instinct not to go with them and 10 days after my order I reached out and received this message-"I am truly sorry for this delay! I found a glitch in your order. It's not your fault but ours. I will get our developers to fix this issue and I will reprocess your order and ship it out asap as soon as it is fixed."Well it's over 2 weeks and still I haven't received any of the pics I ordered and it's too late for my anniversary surprise that was on 11/2. When in doubt just go to Shutterfly. Postal Pics- don't over promise and under deliver...or should I say "not deliver".
Very disappointed in the service from Postal Pix. I ordered through the app on 10/12. I was charged but my order did not appear to process. I reached out to customer service a few days later (on the 18th) and was told there was an error and my order had not been put through. I said I needed the pictures by Saturday (10/21) at the latest & was told that would not be a problem. My order did not show up. I emailed again & was told (again) that it had not processed. Many excuses were made such as "we are a small company" "we don't have a lot of resources". I was refunded & was again, promised my pictures by today (10/24). My pictures are still not here.... In the meantime I ordered from another app on Sunday & had my pictures by Tuesday. Perhaps more disappointing than not receiving my pictures is the lack of emotion or caring from postal pix staff. They seem to think because they are a small company that excuses broken promises & not processing orders. Not a company I will ever use again!!
