Forgot my password (my bad). Went to reset it and it will not load. Just have the white line moving across the screen endlessly. Decide to chat with customer service. Been on hold for close to 2 hours. Started at r in queue and now 1. Horrible. All this to reset a password.

What happen


Was working great then it stopped it says my payment is being processed but no money added to my account... I just lost 30 euro and I still need internet... can you please refund my money or process my payment
