This is an expanded version of the original Super Duper Data Tracker. View the features of the new Data Tracker in the Show Me How Video or check out the FAQ page with written instructions and short videos that explain how to perform specific tasks.

Super Duper Data Tracker is an advanced tool for monitoring and documenting your students' progress. The new features allow you to:

• Create multiple goals for each student.
• Choose from various response types — Tally, Correct, Incorrect, Approximated, and Cued.
• “Undo” the last recorded response to correct an error.
• Store data for an unlimited number of sessions.
• Add students to multiple groups.
• Add students temporarily to a group to make up missed sessions.
• Write notes for each student in a session.
• Email results for individual students or all students in a group.
• Graph results for each goal.

Get started in five easy steps!

1. Enter your students’ names and goals.
2. Choose the type of responses you wish to track (Tally, Correct, Incorrect, Approximated, and Cued).
3. Enter group names for all of your therapy groups.
4. Add each student to as many groups as you like.
5. Finally, return to the main menu, and touch Start New Session.

Just swipe the bar at the top of the screen to move between students. Then, track data for one or all of a student’s goals. If you make a mistake while entering data, touch Undo to remove the last response you entered. When you finish tracking your students’ responses, touch View Sessions to see the session data organized by goal, player, or group. At the end of the session, touch End Current Session. You can also email the data to yourself, add notes, and even graph data to show a student's progress. If any of your students miss a session, you can temporarily add them to another group to make up the session. Increase the accuracy and efficiency of your data collection with this Super Duper Data Tracker.

So Helpful!

This app is great, I just wish there was a simpler way to see all my data. The graphs are fabulous but emailing them to myself is very time consuming. Why can't we export to Excel or Numbers or even link to dropbox? Then the data is able to be manipulated. It would also be great if this was tied to a website where teachers had an account and could input large amounts of data on something other than the small screen or tempermental keyboard of an iPad/iPhone. Then everything would be backed up, we could share data with other team members (especially in situations where many people see one student!). It is a great app, I just think in the day of icloud and spreadsheets it is BEGGING for a big overhaul.

Helps with progress monitoring

I use this app every day. I like that I can easily track the students, but I don't like that it automatically assigns 0% if a goal was not addressed. I have entered each student and each goal under a 'new' student line- which took forever- to avoid this. I would like to be able to edit sessions. I accidentally added a kiddo to the group and finalized it, now he has a 0% for that day because I can't delete that session for him.

I would also like the names to be unchecked when I go to start a new session. I have to uncheck all the names from a previous session to start a new one.

Overall, I like it, I would love it if I could sync it across my devices but that is one of the many things could be better.

I like the concept, but have a couple of suggestions. I would love a way to create my own cueing levels (i.e. gestures, verbal cues, model, etc.) instead of the generic ones provided. I also find it time consuming to have to go into the tablet each time i need to make a note about a goal. It would be nice to have a tablet under each goal that I could click on and just type. Or even better, to have a way to quickly create objectives under each goal for that session. For example, I may be targeting 2-syllable bilabial words each session and have the need to track data for each individual word to analyze errors... and I may not target the same words every session.
