What's New in Version 4.4.1

We realised that the library area of the app could sometimes be a bit muddled when looking for a particular issue to read, so we have sorted this out into a logical order at all times.

You can now also complete your collection of back issues from the main store and take advantage of huge savings when you buy the entire collection.

And of course we continue to stamp out pesky bugs and improve your reading experience.

Customer Reviews

Don't buy through apple!!!!!

This would have been a 5-star review. However:
If you buy your subscription through iTunes (for full price), you can only read your issues on Apple-branded hardware. If you create an account on their website, and buy that way, you can then sign in and read on anything. Support won't even be sympathetic, let alone fix the issue. I don't think I need to point out the irony in a magazine about Linux that doesn't work on Linux.
Second, despite the fact that I have an active subscription, and all of the back issues, the app keeps bombarding me with offers to buy the back issues I already own.

As I mentioned, this is a 5-star app, but since neither the publisher nor Apple will fess up to how badly you're getting screwed by buying this way, I thought I'd try to save at least one other person from this debacle.

A great resource for most anything Linux!

I used to run to my local brick & mortar bookstore to get these magazines as soon as the new issue was available. Then I found this wonderful app. Now for much less I get the current issue and don't have to do anything besides open the app.
