Best solution at this time
First off, people need to understand that the main reason any of their iPad browsers are crashing has nothing to do with the browsers, but is due to web designers and masters insisting on overloading their web pages with ADVERTISEMENTS, which are almost all fed from web sites OTHER than the page you are trying to load. Dolphin solves that problem with a very efficient ad blocker in the settings that is NOT on by default. I had the same problem many negative reviewers had with pages crashing and reloading, and the browser itself crashing. Turned on the ad blocker and POOF! All ten crashing and constant page reloading stopped. Nobody does it better.
I also noticed at least one review criticizing the use of Google. Well, there are other search engines embedded in Dolphin. The evil Yahoo is one of them (BOO!!!!), but if you don't want to be tracked, switch it to DuckDuckGo in the settings.
The ONLY downside is the inability to add other search engine choices, but I prefer Google anyway. Do they collect data on me? Yes. So what? It's all anonymous anyway and if you have half a brain you can ignore the attempts to manipulate you into seeing what THEY want you to see and move on to what you really want to see.
Better than the Safari or Google Chrome app
Is browser, along with the Adblock option(in the settings) make this a very fast and efficient browser and in my opinion 1.5-2 times faster when I don't have to waste time with ads, and it seems faster even without the Adblock option. 5 stars out of 5.
Crashes way too often
This browser crashes a lot when you have more than one tab open, even with adblock turned on. I wish they would at least have a restore feature. I am seriously considering just going back to Safari.
Also the adblock doesn't always block ads, it just hides them. If you pay attention attention you'll see the elements render before being hidden. That is not true adblocking.
