Here is the truth
1. VLock stands for Video Clock NOT Video Lock. Anyone complaining because it doesn't play as a lock screen has ASSumed video lock. Title is misleading 1⭐
2. As a video clock it works & is beautiful. 5⭐
3. The misleading description implies that it comes with 32 backgrounds. Finding only 1- disappointing 1⭐
4. Logic dictates that one could use their own video on their own device without being charged. This is not the case and does not seem reasonable to me. 1⭐
With an appropriate title and a description that does not mislead people into thinking they are getting something that they will not receive, this could be a viable app, IF people could use their own videos. As it stands I can't justify more than 2 ⭐, although it probably deserves 1.
It's pretty clear that "vlock" is derived from "video clock" and has nothing to do with the lock screen. The lock screen is never mentioned in any of the blurb above (but "video clock" is in the first line). If someone thought differently, that's on them for not reading.
And it's really nice to look at. Can't wait to try it with my own videos.
Add a video to this clock
From reading the reviews , I think the makers should rewrite the description of this app. I understand this is a clock with a video behind it and that I can add my video behind the date and time.
Video plus clock equals vlock.
