Best workout app ever!

No talking, no music, just a woman announcing the workout and doing it with a muted countdown. Easy transition between the exercises. There are many many exercises that will be random. As a senior, I cannot do all of the exercises, some are just too hard for me, but you can program in your own workout, picking out 20 of the exercises you want for each workout. You can have three personal programs with 20 exercises in each. (10 for stretches) I have programmed an Upper Body, Lower Body, and Full Body with stretches to match. Each one can be 10, 20 or 30 mins long (stretches 5, 8 or 10mins) and the difference is in how many reps you do. She has thought about everything! The only thing I would wish for is a chime at the end of the reps for those when you can't see the screen. But she gives you a few free reps at the beginning of each exercise so you have time to get into position. I highly recommend!

It works if you work it

Workouts application has been a great addition to a healthy lifestyle. The application allows me to customize my workouts to the needs of my body but also my schedule so I don't overwhelm myself. Workouts provides decent variety and styles, keeps me out of the gym saving me money. As a single mom this is important to me to be able to workout at home after a long day after my son is asleep. With dedication and a healthy lifestyle using workouts I've gotten proven results, I am very happy with the application and highly recommend.

Options Challenge

This workout exercise application gives you a variety of choices on what part of your body, for how long and at what difficulty level you would like to work. Difficulty in the variation of routines, which either include or don't include weights.
I am obsessed with the Daily Ab ritual. I am starting the leg trade following displaying the program to my PT trainer who scrolled through all the different exercises in the leg option and greatly approved. Now, I have inflated my exercise ball so am threatened to begin the ball selection...scary
