Daily Workouts provides great 5 to 30 minute daily workout routines for men and women that step you through some of the best exercises you can do in the comfort of your own home.

Working mom of 2, scared of gyms
I always felt like gyms are intimidating not cause of the people but because I have no idea what to do. But it is so easy with this app, just take your phone and your weights and prop up somewhere. You can target specific areas and you can do from home! I prefer the gym cause my girls will distract me, I can get done faster at the gym. and another good thing is if you just want to get a half hour in, you can do that. There is no excuse not to do. I absolutely love it!!!
Best Workout For Home
I love this app! I'm 18 and just had my son a month ago! Great to use while he is sleep or if I can't get to the gym! I break a sweat every time ! It's very legit and I use 5times a week because it works that great! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who can't make it to the gym or no equipment to work out with!
Makes it easy to work out every day. I choose a ten minute workout for a specific body area, and the next day do a different one so my muscles can recover. Once I start getting in better shape I will start treating the first ten minutes as my first set. Love it!!
