Easy way to squeeze a workout in

Love this app love that there are a variety of workouts and stretches and other things to do and that I can choose a target area and customize the experience. Best workout app for people in a hurry to squeeze in a good workout!

Let's hear it for the golf clap!

Love this app! I am just not a fan of the crowd clapping and cheering when the workout is complete. Startles me every time! Other than that, fantastic!
