Good simple app
I enjoy this app, and the couple of things I had concerns with they addressed or fixed by the following weekend. The makers of this app definitely hear your requests and fix it. Though I wish stretches would have been included in the original purchase, so visually there is something you get more than the Free version, I am happy with the price changes for in app purchases. Thanks! Keep up the great work!

Four star because here is room for improvement. Bottom line is everyone should have this app. I recommend it for everybody. Quick workout for every part of the body. Short and long workout. This is the best.
This would be a 5 star app if all of the versions were available in the build your own 30 min workout. That way you could integrate the newer stretching or kettle bell workouts with the older ab or cardio workouts in the customizable 30 min workouts.
