Excellent and challenging workouts

I really like this simple way of getting in shape. I like the variations in routines and the time variables so that you don't get bored. I would've given it 5 stars but I held back because it would be nice if they told you the total price of add free content along with the cost of a total package up front. Don't nickel and dime me and then tell me that I can purchase a bundle once I've gotten to my last dime purchasing add free content and individual workouts. If they made an adjustment with their pricing it would be 5 star worthy.👌🏽

Love my daily workout apps!!!

I can never get myself to go to the gym, and feel like I do so much more at home anyways with my daily workout apps!!! These are my favorite workout apps I've come across. Doing it along with the girl on the screen gives me motivation and text that tells you exactly what you should be doing helps out as well! there are different variations to choose from if you're tired of the same routine. Love love love!!!

Don't sleep on this app!

I purchased it years ago and since I'm not in a position to go to the gym or fitness classes I decided to check this out again. It has come a long way to say the least! Even with a 10 minute workout, I'm dripping sweat and feel amazing afterwards. I even "feel" the work the next day. I use it 3-4x a week, waiting to see the stupid pounds drop.
