Daily Workouts provides great 5 to 30 minute daily workout routines for men and women that step you through some of the best exercises you can do in the comfort of your own home.
Daily Workouts combines all of the individual apps: Daily AB Workout, Daily ARM Workout, Daily BUTT Workout, Daily CARDIO Workout and Daily LEG Workout. It also features randomized full body workouts. You can also choose to create your own custom routine from all available exercises.
These proven exercises, demonstrated by a certified personal trainer, target all major muscles. Spending just minutes a day can strengthen and tone your body.
The routine's simple interface, complete with video and timer, allows you to easily follow along and understand each exercise. Simply select your routine and follow along!

A must have app for moms!
I love this app! I like the length of the workouts and the ability to chose which muscle group you want to focus on. Give it your all the entire time and you will see results. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 - and my only complaint would be is that I wish you could select more than 1 muscle group (you can chose 1 area or whole body). I would like the option to work on just abs and arms for example.
The best workout app IMO
I've tried many of the workout apps available in the App Store, and none of them even compare with this one. This app allows you to create your own routine(s), and it has pre-made routines that target specific muscle groups (with varying durations for each workout). It makes squeezing in a quick workout super convenient, and in my experience, you definitely FEEL IT! Lol
The One That Works
This workout app is perfect for customization, flexibility and getting it done. I travel a lot and I love knowing that I always have the resources I need to do SOMETHING for my health, even with just 5 minutes to spare. I have looked at and tried other apps, but this is the one I come back to.
