Very convenient

This app is very easy to use. The exercises are straightforward..nothing fancy which I like.
It's very convenient for me to use since I am a mom of a toddler, don't live too close to a gym, and live in a cold winter climate.
The thing I do wish is that 5 minute workouts would have 5 exercises 60 seconds each, instead of 10 exercises 30 seconds each. Just feel like 30 seconds isn't long enough to work a muscle.
Also I was enjoying the free version for months and then purchased the app. It was a it misleading as I thought by purchasing I would have access to kettleball, stretch and Pilates workouts but I don't.
Overall it's great and I am enjoying it but I was enjoying the free version just as much.

Purchased a ton...liked this the thing to fix though

Love this app. I purchased so many. I'm a personal trainer looking for an app to help me stay organized with each client. Visuals are great. One thing though. When picking out custom routine it would be great if it said on there which muscle group you were working for that exercise. It only comes up after you've viewed your custom routine. Also if you guys come up with an interface where you can log in names of clients and customize routines and sets and reps this will be the best app out there. The rest I've tried like that just stink. And I've purchased many.

Great app. Results with Easy exercises.

Great app. Quick results for the time crunched. Once you figure out the exercises you enjoy, the app Is easily customizable to work just those exercises. I rated this app 4 stars because I wish the count down feature provided a "begin" instead of just a count down in between exercises. Forces you to watch your phone to see when to begin. Also a customizable feature to add how long you'd like to do each exercise would be nice. Some exercises are easier then others for me, and would like to spend time on the ones I struggle with. Great app. Worth the money.
