The main Relax and Sleep Well recording includes two hypnotherapy tracks, the first one you can use as a booster in the daytime as it will awaken you at the end. The second track is similar but it lasts longer and guides you into a sleep state at the end, which makes it ideal for using before you go to sleep at night.

Detox Your Life is a 61-minute bonus relaxation track that will guide you to sleep at the end, and the 12-minute sleep booster is another recording that can help you clear your mind and go to sleep very quickly at bedtime.

Truly Effective!


I have been utilizing many different versions of the hypnosis mediations by Glenn Harrold now for several months and have found them to be extremely helpful. I have a busy chiropractic practice and it's easy to get bogged down with day to day stress and problems that can arise. I am in my 50's and sometimes it's hard to get the restorative sleep I need to maintain a positive attitude that is so essential to my day. His meditations the highest quality I've ever listened/subscribed to. Invariably my brain feels fresh and healthy afterwards and it's been a comfort having them available several times per week during an active week. I've recommended them to many of my patients who suffer from stress and insomnia and they love them too. The variety is fantastic!

Worth the money


I love this app. It relaxes me and helps me sleep. A coworker mentioned he uses a free sleep app. I found this one and decided to pay for it and try it. Glad I did. Over time, it has even updated with a new audio track. I don't meditate. But, there really is a state you can get to with this app that makes you realize that there is a personal place you can tap into. :)

I've tried quite a number of sleep apps and I like really like Glenn Herrold's. I like his voice; it's not affected, just natural, friendly and calming. I like his choice of background music and I like the messages he gives, things that I've carried into my daily life. I have also listened to his other apps based on the solfeggio scales. I don't get tired of them. My sleep has improved vastly.
