This app really work's wonders, at first it was tough to get into position because my back was going in and out of spasms but after the third session I started to notice improvement in my back pain and the spasms went away. Now any time I feel the pain coming back I usually do 2 sessions and it takes care of me. The addition of voice over option is awesome and now I don't have to look at the screen, but voice over and sound only works on my I phone and I pad if I have the side button is turned off of mute!!! But that is the same with all apps. Keep up the good work and I look forward to seeing future apps from this company.
I downloaded the app this morning, unaware that my office would become a place where I could coax my lumbar region from a state of screeching, furious pain to a relaxed and flexible muscle group above my glutes! I feel like a troupe of masseuses and physical therapists crossed paths and then used their tiny, nimble hands and superior skeletomuscular book learning to send me straight into a lower-back nirvana. This app is the greatest, I'm recommending it to all of my partners today!
After a long stressful day, my back feels so strained. Noticed this app is free for limited time (I'm a sucker for free apps) so thought I would give it a shot. It is awesome!! After one day of use (twice a day) I feel less pressure in my lower back. Paired with Universal Breathing (where I was notified about this free version) you will feel super relaxed and limber. Totally worth however much it costs when not free. Cheaper than going to a chiropractor.... LOVE IT!!!
