Great fitness app!

You know those days when you are so busy you forget to drink water all day? Well those days are gone. Fit friend has reminded me all day- every two hours -to Drink water. Ding ding! And thing I guzzle. It's really great and that's just the first feature.

The diet tracking app is fantastic. No calorie counters- face it,we all know whether we are eating a healthy lunch or not and this app gives us that qualitative feel which is so much easier to track than counting calories.

I am on day two and the app even reminded me to step on the scale before I got out of bed this morning. I really kinda love this! I'll report back in a few months but for now I'm giving it a five -this is great!

Tracking can finally be fun

I've only been using this app for a few days but I love it . My favorite part is tracking the diet . You aren't tracking exact calories just what foods you are eating and at what time you eat your meals. You don't have to worry about counting calories. You can just look at the foods you are eating and make adjustments based on that. For example instead of having coffee and a donut like you did yesterday , you can have some oatmeal and fruit. Being able to time your meals is a great feature too because you can observe how that's affecting you and your cravings and other things .

A great app to have . Tracking without the tediousness.

I have only been using this app a couple of days now, but I can already see how useful it is. It is very well organized and easy to use. Everything you need for weight loss is right there. You can track what you eat and when, without calorie counting! You can also track how much you lose and your exercise. It is a great way to make sure you stick to your plan. I give it 2 👍
