FioWriter is a productive text editor for iPhone & iPad, powered with shortcut keys (⌘ ⌥ ⌃ ⇧), iCloud and Dropbox.
It brings back the desktop editing experience to iPhone & iPad with shortcut keys (command ⌘, control ⌃, option ⌥ and shift ⇧), find & replace, fast scrolling, fine-grained cursor move, autosave and cloud sync. All these will combine together to let you take control - pour your thought on the screen smoothly.
You can now tap the '+' button on the toolbar to begin editing and exploring. Or you can read on for a guided tour.

What's New in Version 1.7
1. iOS 8 full support：iPhone & iPad
2. Text layout engine optimized for iOS 8 and iPhone 6
3. New Dropbox SDK, file transfer is more quick and stable
4. UI polish for command keys
5. Bugs in v1.6 crash report get fixed
Very buggy, but the only option for me
This text editor is the only one I found for iPhone that has all I need for routine script editing, however it's full of glitches in the GUI, with views moving out of place, buttons being covered by the keyboard, and a 960 pixel-wide editing area on an iPhone 5s in landscape, wasting valuable screen real-estate.
It's not a wasted $5 for me, as the shortcuts, search, and line numbering features save me enough time to justify wasting some restarting the app repeatedly.
It's especially frustrating that such a well conceived commercial app has so many amateurish glitches.
good idea, but not compatible with keyboard
it's a really good idea to put so many enhanced shortcut to the editor, but for me I don't use virtual keyboard so much, I use bluetooth keyboard, this app's poor support to keyboard is really disappointed me...
at least you should let the virtual keyboard go away when I connected with my bluetooth keyboard...
I just love this app but something that missing is nightmode because it is very bright in dark place.
And maybe if you add hilight too is really good.
