What's New in Version 4.0
We have been working hard for the past year to improve Ergonomics in several ways.
*Removed user accounts - now you can use the Ergonomics app instantly without creating any sort of account. In fact, 100% of your data is stored on your device.
*Added voice prompts - if you prefer, the app will now provide some basic voice prompts to help you complete your stretches without looking.
*Day of week alerts - it is now possible to schedule alerts for specific days of the week. You won’t receive any weekend alerts anymore.
*Design update - the new design is simpler, cleaner, and easier to use.
*Speed improvements - the new app is smaller in size, doesn’t require any sort of network connection, and is faster than ever.
We are making Ergonomics free for the holiday season!

Good; a couple tweaks, please
I love this app. I use it on my iPad 2 at work to prevent feeling tired, cramped, and sore at the end of the day in front of a computer.
However, the following tweaks would move it to 5 stars in my view:
1. Add speech prompt when switching to a new stretch, not just when switching sides.
2. The green circle around the start button is very off center (is NOT around the start button) on my iPad 2.
3. Make the information about how to view the stretch visible, or, when the (i) icon is tapped and showing the info, update the info when the stretch changes.
Helpful app. Lots of good tips and timely reminders when I forget to get up and move around and do stretches.
And it's nice that the app doesn't nag for you to review like so many other apps.
Very good app
I tried a few free apps before I tried this one..and it is the best. The reminders are great and the exercises work well. I would recommend.
