Created by teachers, C-Fit XTrain engages children with lively graphics and original music. Children will learn the proper technique of classic exercises moves like push-ups, jumping jacks, squats, lunges and many more! Vocabulary words are written on screen to help children learn new words.

Especially in my school (like so many other public schools across the nation) that does not have a physical education teacher, this app brings some much needed muscle toning and strength building opportunities, as well as a chance to develop hand-eye coordination and balance skills that so many children lack from all that time spent sitting on their behinds! The length of time of the workouts are perfect, and they can be done right by the desks! Perfect for a classroom teacher that wants a little something to energize her students and get out some of that crazy energy in a fantastic, structured routine. Bravo, C-Fit! Fabulous job once again! Great activity for my students!
The Cross Training app is wonderful for my students. It has great exercises that my kids love to do, especially the frog jump and strength building lessons. C-Fit Cross Training is not only a good way to help my third graders wind down, it is also a great way to start our day! Knowing how much my students enjoy and benefit from the Cross Training lessons, I plan on introducing them to C-Fit's Dance app as well!
I teach first and second graders and use this app with my students about 2-3 times a week. The boys and girls love the videos - we usually do about two in a row for a good twenty minute workout. We don't have gym at my school so they really need the activity. What I like best about these videos is that they aren't too crazy or fast-paced. They're just calm enough that I can do them in a crowded classroom but they're still fun for the kids.
