DD always has everything I ❤️
I'm sorry I haven't been visiting my DD restaurant very much. I am busy enjoying all of your unique Bakery Series and Seasonal flavored ground coffee I purchase from the restaurant, Walmart and Smith's Marketplace. I love the sweet aroma every day. Sometimes I forget I'm the only one carrying several bags of scented ground coffee on buses and trains. Thank you for keeping me well supplied at my favorite locations. I only buy bagged ground coffee because I don't use a K-Cup Brewer or coffee grinder for whole beans. I will always ❤️ my DD. It is much easier for me to purchase the same online merchandise and coffee from my local restaurant because it's in walking distance from my apartment. Thank you for everything you do to help others.
Yep, still garbage. I opened up this app for the first time in months, only because Dunkin was the only thing around and I knew I still had some money on a gift card. Even now, the app is still barely usable. Constant errors popping up while I'm trying to check my balance (had to log out and back in to get that to finally update) and then the error continued to pop up while I was trying to pay. Extremely embarrassing and aggravating. Considering how gross their coffee is I don't plan on ever going back anyway, but now that I've finally used my gift card, I can uninstall this miserable failure of an app.
Over a year since I downloaded this piece of garbage and it hasn't improved at all. As soon as I open it I'm bombarded with at least 3 login prompts. Entering the wrong password gives an error as it should, but entering the correct password causes the app to crash.
UPDATE: the new integration is great. Almost every DD has the capability to use the app. It's easy & simple. Plus the app comes right up when you're near a DD! Good jobs!!
Why can't the coupons be in passbook? I had to purchase a card just to use the passbook function. The offers, since you have to RUN to the DD as SOON as you click redeem (maybe they should update their slogan to America Runs TO Dunkin to use their coupons lol), should be integrated in passbook so you can easily access them as well. Over all it's a good app, but I'm sure you can improve on some small things :)
