Archimedes is the graphing calculator reinvented for the 21st century. It’s much simpler yet more powerful, made with attention to the tiniest detail.
FORMULA LIBRARY (PREMIUM)
Archimedes is one of the first calculators to feature an inbuilt formula library. It’s as simple as picking a formula and filling in the variables. The answer is calculated automatically, and even units are fully supported.
Intersecting, integrating and finding derivatives should be intuitive and straightforward. Archimedes lets you interact directly with plots and makes it all as easy as dragging your fingers across the screen.
Archimedes is backed by a powerful mathematical engine. Equations are solved automatically and can be shown in both exact and numeric form, and even systems of equations are supported.

What's New in Version 3.2.1
A really wonderful calculator. I love the inline editing. Not only does it function really well it looks wonderful.
I emailed the developer suggesting a few features (like !'s) and they responded promptly and kindly. Haven't seen the features come out yet but I still hope for them because they will complete an already amazing app.
The only thing I feel that is a major lack is that it doesn't have a simple apple watch app to pair with it.
My favorite calculator
Quickly became my main calculator after testing for a few days. Very smooth and fast. Definitely worth the premium features.
-Very smooth and quick
-Split-screen support for iPad
-Library of formulas is works well and is easy to use.
-Fluid, easy to use interface
-Keeps a history, much like a real graphing calculator.
-Graphing works well
-Derivation and integration built in to the graphing section.
-Compared to other iOS calculators: none
-Compared to physical graphing calculators: would be nice to have matrix capabilities and other advanced functions.
Well done, developers! This engineering student is grateful!
Superb, trig functions work
A previous review stated the trig functions are incorrect. Not so. I have a TI-83 as well as Archimedes, both give the exact same result for sin(140).
I really like this calculator, don't ask me why but I collect them. I have about 20. If I ever decide to delete all but 2 or 3, Archimedes would be one of the keepers.
