Basic, Easy, Efficient!

No brainier approach! I appreciate the simplicity. Although these apps cost $ for full programs, it doesn't cost much and I can pick and chose what I want for my regimen. Please make an app for arms and back and chest.

Do not purchase! Each workout costs more money!

Vague common sense information at best. If you want to view workouts, they cost 99 cents each. How exactly does push ups make me a better runner anyway? It's a good general workout but not specific to running. I was looking for something more detailed from someone that knows what they are talking about.

I am a beginner runner and was looking for an app that would help me ease my shin pain and make me a stronger runner, this isn't it.

Absolute Garbage

This app is a joke. I downloaded it out of curiosity but you can't even poke around without being asked to pay for stuff. The sad thing is that the knowledge in this app is so basic, why would anyone ever need to buy a video explaining a hamstring stretch. This is a SHAM, don't waste your money or your time for that matter.
