Due to a car accident I've been out of the gym for 2 years. This app is a great starter. I begin with the push ups in this app then move to two other work out apps. And fill my 45 min this way. I recommend it especially if you need somewhere to begin. It also has advanced push up exercises for those of you who are avid athletic types too.
I enjoy alternating this workout every other morning with ab exercises. I appreciate the direction to stretch before and after as I probably would not do so otherwise. I will be springing for the Pro version after the free one takes me as far as it goes.
