What's New in Version 6.3
- Minor fixes
I'm in my mid 50s and didn't realize how far out of shape I was.
At work one of my mottos is "plan your work than work your plan." Well here is a plan that works.
I've tried other plans that mostly discouraged me and made me sore. I got this plan after going through their 0 to 5k run plan and I really like that it's a progression and set up for all skill levels.
If you are on a day or week your having difficulty with you can rework it till you feel comfortable going on.
STOP ASKING ME TO SIGN IN
It was fine the first few times, but when you get asked to sign in EVERY TIME you open one of these apps, it gets really really annoying. The "skip" button on the lower right hand corner isn't easy to push either. I find myself having to tap it several times before it registers. These apps are great. It's too bad that such an annoying feature turns me off from them. I will be warning everyone away from this company until it's fixed.
Well designed and helpful
This app was exactly what u needed to get working on my core. Starts out easy and builds, making it useful for any level. I've had no glitches and feel my abs getting stronger every day.
