Approximately 10 months ago I tried this app. I was a heavy set fellow. After using this I started feeling a little better about myself. So I started running. Between running 3 times a week and doing this app I have noticed substantial changed. I have lost 50+ lbs and am starting to see abs coming through. Definitely worth the buy!!!

I'm not a fitness buff but since I've been using this app I've noticed a change not just physically but mentally as well. I'll give this 5 stars when it starts pushing reminders to you for each workout along with an inspirational quote such as the one in the title which is from the app.
I've been doing this for about a month and it works well. I do crunches since sit ups can hurt you easily, but when it tells me to do 5 crunches, I do 5 normal ones, then 4 one my right side, then 5 on the other side. That's the only way I can break a sweat. I like it a lot though!
