This app is beautifully designed.
It is not my favorite work out app - since it is literally only sit-ups, no other types of ab workouts.
However, that's all it claims to be, so I'm giving it 5 stars. There is a vocal coach that tells you when to rest and how many you should be doing. You can decide if the voice is male or female. The app encourages you with badges, and starts its expectations out small while growing progressively.
No Apple Health integration
This app, and the others like it from the same publisher, is visually very appealing. However, despite the articles talking about it from various outlets, there is no Apple Health integration. They also lack workout personalization as is common with similar apps, where you test yourself before beginning and then start at the correct level based on what you can already do. The linking of the different workout apps is nice, but could be smoother, especially since they're often sold as a bundle.
Simple easy to use
I didn't use to like exercise. I became very over weight. This app and the others like it have helped me to gradually get into and increase my exercise level. I did not do the exercises every other day, I did them every day. In a month and a half I have lost 15 pounds and several inches. By eating right and exercising. If a lazy bum like me can do it any one can.
