All Runtastic applications are absolutely wonderful. I don't know how to describe the effect of this app for you. I am a professional athlete but I had always failed to have a nice abs because I forget the schedule most of times but since i downloaded this product I always do fulfill my exercise thanks to Runtastic. I am sure I wouldn't have done this if it wasn't for Runtastic.

Love these apps!! They cut down the workouts into smaller pieces with little breaks in between, and it makes the workout go by so much faster. I love how it tracks your progress too. Taking those 3 little minutes a day, if that, to do the workout of the day, makes such a difference. I use the push-up one too. Highly recommended!!!!
Brilliant, Simple, Effective
This app is pretty basic, but it keeps my stats, reminds me when my workout is due and helps me to improve myself. So being a fairly basic app, it is constructed so well and the developer(s) focused so much on all the right things that this app is perfect!
