Been There and Still Sober and Clean
I love this show. I have watched every episode they have put out but unfortunately my cable provider doesn't have a contract with A&E for all of the episodes and even on in-demand on TV, I can't get all of the episodes. I was a raging alcoholic from age 17 to age 33 then went to rehab. Circumstances happened and I relapsed several times after being sober 3yrs. Then I met a man who was a recovering alcoholic-- more like a dry drunk -- but he forbid any alcohol or cigs in the house. The best thing that came out of that marriage is that I have lost all desire for alcohol but I am constantly vigilant. We are getting divorced now because I find that his problems went far deeper than alcohol and he makes fun of 12- Step Programs. Bless the Producers and Staff for putting on TV something that is Real but isn't frivolous and inane. I am positive you all have saved a lot of lives because this show is as real as it gets. And it keeps remanding me why I can't drink, not even just one drink. I hope we can get ALL of the episodes or I will buy the
Slightly disappointed, but still love the app!
Love that the app is available. However, I wish the shows were available for longer periods of time. I just watched a show series for the first time on the app and got very intrigued by it and it came down to the last episode of their final decisions and I missed it because it went it off at midnight august 24th. I was very disappointed. I was hoping they would give me at least sometime after midnight like maybe up until 7am, but no such luck. Oh well something to think about for the next go round.
All ads. No app.
The app itself is okay. It should have optimisation for the iPhone 6 Plus, but okay nonetheless. My primary dilemma with this application is the fact that it is loaded with ads. Sometimes, the ads are higher quality and load faster than the feature itself. Typically, there are about five 'commercial breaks' with 3-4, 15 seconds ad in each 'break'. Sometimes the feature will keep playing (sound anyways) during the breaks! It seems there is more dedication to the ads than the app.
