Teo Softphone for iPad is a SIP-based VoIP softphone that uses a Wi-Fi, 3G, or 4G LTE network connection to make and receive calls with the Teo Unified Communications platform.
The Teo Softphone allows you to make and receive high quality voice and HD video calls, Instant Message, set your own presence, and view the presence of other Teo UC System users. You can conference, split or swap multiple voice calls, as well as transfer calls, using the same contacts you already have in your iPad.

• Support for two bandwidth/quality settings: Lower (QCIF – 176 pixels by 144 lines) and Higher (CIF – 352 pixels x 288 lines)
The following optional accessories are supported:
• Headset with microphone (including Bluetooth): Uses the ear-piece and microphone on the headset.
• Headphones (no microphone): Uses the ear-piece on the headphone and the built-in microphone on the iPad.

Teo Softphone for iPad is a standalone softphone application and is not a VoIP service. A Teo Unified Communications system is required to make calls. Some mobile network operators may prohibit or restrict the use of VoIP functionality over their network and may also impose additional fees or other charges in connection with VoIP. You must learn and abide by your cellular carrier's network restrictions. Teo will not be held liable for any charges, fees or liability imposed by your carrier for use of VoIP over 3G or 4G carrier networks.
