The GEMS (GCP Expense Management System) is an application that assists large and small business users streamline their reconciliation and expense management processes, saving users time and money. Users can track and manage their expenses from “Spend to End™”.
Users are able to:
• photograph their expense receipt and store the image easily in the application.
• fully itemise the expense receipt by adding classifications such as merchant category, merchant type and merchant name.
• allocate purchase/receipts to a specific project whether it is by project code or project name and add amounts for tax and tips.
To reconcile the receipts, the user simply exports the files either in CSV, PDF or JPG format to a nominated email address as a .zip file.
This application is a “must have” for any business user looking to save time and money reconciling their expenses.
