Almost Awesome! (…can we have inventory storage?)

I'm a big fan of hidden picture games but find myself nostalgic for the way they were made several years ago, engaging but uncomplicated. They usually have too many layers which makes it frustrating instead of relaxing. And although they boast "optional" in-app purchases, when you reach higher levels they become anything but optional. I just reached level 5 (New York City) and so far I can't complain about either; the game is the right amount of challenging and I haven't hit a wall yet that "forces" me to purchase add ons. HOWEVER...the energy needed to play each level is zapped very quickly and replenishes very slowly. So if I want to play longer than 5 minutes, I have to purchase more energy. I love the design aspect of the game! I like that designing opens more levels and higher levels opens more design options. BUT the space fills up quickly. Making it difficult to rearrange things, I'd like to suggest having the option to store purchased items in storage? I'd buy more items if I didn't have to have them all displayed. Thank you for creating one of my favorite games! M.

PS: What is the purpose of The Captain's Challenge? It is poorly explained.

Even Better the Second Time!

Warning: addictive, time consuming. I had completed the game, which took me almost two years because I could not play all the time, and wasn't going to play again, but was really bored one day and downloaded it again. I'm really glad I did. And this time is still took me a year and a half!! Waiting for the energy to reload is a real drag. I'd rather just pay outright for the game instead of paying for more energy periodically.
The story this time around is tighter and makes more sense with the scenes, some of which appear to be redesigned. Graphics seem smoother but that might be my new glasses. The incidental games are better, though the Captains Challenge is the same.
I was also surprised at how much I remembered of each scene. I originally chose this as a way to improve my short term memory for details. Lots of fun again! I wish their subsequent game was as much fun. It is not as well designed.

I don't have ads, which I love!! My husband and both kids have their own islands and we get energy, tickets & coins from each other. My daughter & I are in constant competition in the Captain's Challenge. Honestly, I stay intrigued by the story line. Pearl seriously manages to get herself into some situations. I look forward to playing this game every day and I have been playing for almost 6 months. I don't know what I will do when I get to the end of the game. I will certainly be sad and miss Artemis Island!! I absolutely love feeding Darwin, as well as looking for the holiday treats and earning prizes. 1 hour of infinite energy is Amazing!! Energy could stand to refill a little faster but @ the same time it makes me put the game down until energy is full again. Finally, I love arranging my island with new stuff and love when I actually open up a new area of land. This is a great game, PLEASE don't change it unless you add more.
