What's New in Version 3.20.1
- Support added for Slack Calls over Bluetooth.
- When joining a new team on mobile, you'll no longer find yourself booted out to your mobile browser, but be able to do it inside the app (as long as you have the app, which, given you're reading this… you probably do).
- Fixed: Where opening a DM from a push notification would sometimes result in a stuck loading screen, it now results, more pleasingly, in an open DM.
- Fixed: App would sometimes crash when trying to open a previously-closed DM.
- Fixed: No more coquettish head-tipping to look at artfully obtuse and gravity-defying objects; images are now, once again, rotated correctly when uploaded.

Couldn't manage my team without Slack. Email threads? No thanks
Best for managing inter department company communications. New hires can take advantage of the awesome search tool. Makes my job so much more efficient. Not for everyone, but no doubt about it... couldn't manage as I do with Slack by using email.
I only use iOS when on the go... but a tip for some who might have missed it, you need to manage the settings on the desktop app for how/when/what notifications you receive on your phone. Use desktop settings for when/what to push to iOS app as far as notifications. You may still find issues, but thats where you wanna start.
Seriously Great
Slack gets all the little features right. From force touch to peek into conversations to custom mute schedules, it's a great way to keep work conversations mobile. It's solidly built and I've never had it crash, lag, or freeze.
Also, to whoever on the Slack team writes the release notes -- you're awesome. They're a joy to read.
Would love to see a landscape orientation or the ability to respond to messages via the notification.
Attachment functionality could be better
Why don't they allow you to scroll through attachments in a thread? If you want to look through multiple attachments you have to X out of the one you're looking at, go back out to the thread, and then find the next one. Most apps have come around on this. Slack needs to get with the program
