Getting back!

I have been an avid gym goer for years and we recently moved to a place where there is no gym. I am a stay-at-home mom and motivating myself to workout in the space i'm in all the time is less than desirable bc i love working out and that is my safe haven, my place of release. I don't get the same from working out at home. Therefore for almost a year i have not been working out like i used. I feel soft, sluggish, and i noticed my eating habits have veered greatly. I used this app for the first time today bc i want to make improvements. I want to take 7mins in the morning to begin a new mind transformation. I have tried doing it in the past; getting my weights, going outside and doing something. But it ends up bwing more laborious than i like. It's only been one day but 7mins is something i can dedicate to every morning bf getting the kids together and ready for school. It is a beginning that will hopefully change my mindset and give me the motivation to workout. The workout is easy enough but hard enough for someone who has been out of the game for awhile or just starting out. I haven't unlocked anything yet but i do like the pilates one that can be unlocked. Good luck to you all on your journey!

Made a huge difference to me

I've always been very active, but without a structured fitness routine. I had NO idea how atrophied I was until beginning a strength-building plan with the goal of summiting a mountain later this year, but I kept failing to follow through on my self-designed routines until finding this app. At first, I could only do a couple of reps of each of the movements, and needed a recovery day between 7-minute workouts! Wimp! Now, 2 months later, I work out 6 days, can do an average of 11 reps, have added 2 of my own workouts to the app (just swipe left and build your own workout), and have added stretching and a 1-mile run/walk daily. I believe the simple though very structured 7-minute workout really made it possible for me to have a breakthrough to a more fit lifestyle.

Very good useful application

This is a very good, useful application; utility is much enhanced by the ability to adjust the duration of the exercises and to create custom workouts. I haven't used the integration to HealthKit or the tracker, so can't comment. Would give 4.5 stars if I could.

One criticism is with the descriptions. This is a nice and sometimes useful feature, but for the Pilates workout, where they might be most useful since the exercises are less well known, I found many of the descriptions confusing. In a couple of cases they seemed to have little to do with the exercise shown. If you want to do these and don't already know them, you might have to research separately.
