This app has changed my life
I started working out with this app 2 months ago. Since then I have done two sets everyday. I have lost 19 lbs and went from a size 10 to a size 4. The exercises are challenging enough to get results but not so hard that it becomes too hard that you get discouraged. I feel better than I have in years. I highly recommend this app to everyone.
Update; I now have been using this app for 18 months and I've lost 30 lbs and look better than I have in 20 years
Cancer survivor, it works for me 😊
It has been 15 months since I started my 7 minute workouts. I started them after a bout with cancer. I must say when I first started I was in terrible condition. It took about 2 months for me to work all of the bad chemicals out of my muscles. Over the last 15 months I’ve lost 12 lbs and I know beyond any doubt that I am much better for doing my morning workouts Monday through Fridays. Thank you 7 minute workout. Quick enough to make it doable daily, difficult enough to challenge me every time!
I've been using this app about a month. I was willing to commit and pay for it but by working daily through I'll earn and open some more pieces. I was looking for something to work on core strength and get some cardio too. This does both and I can do multiple circuits if I want more time or to challenge my body. I'm NOT an exercise person, but this works great for me and is doable for anyone willing.
