What's New in Version 1.3.7

This update fixes the problems some of you were seeing with the update Watch OS2 app:
- Fixes issue with Apple Watch requesting to pair with headphones for rest timer alert.
- Fixes issue with freezing / syncing. This was occurring when both the iPhone app and Watch app were running at the same time and continuously syncing data. We have disabled the automatic sync, this means if you need to sync data between the two mid-workout you will need to force press in the watch app and tap sync.
- We've also simplified things a bit and eliminated loading workouts from your watch, just load the workout on your phone first and press sync on your watch to start tracking.
- Fixes issues for some users unable to post to Facebook.

Great interface to move quickly between exercises!

I was looking for an app not so much for workout ideas, but to help track strength gains as well as remember exactly what exercises I'm doing.

I've only been using the app for a month and a half, and so far it's been great compared to other apps I've tried. I like the ability to create my own workouts and save them to access quickly on the future. The app also has a very extensive list of exercises and workout machines listed in their database so you're likely able to create workouts with the exact machines you're using. I also really enjoy the interface as the font is big, the buttons are well placed, and it automatically progresses as you document reps/sets and after you complete a workout, you just click the check mark and it automatically moves you to the next exercise in your workout. The calendar function also let's you quickly reference back to past workouts and the app also has suggested workouts you can use to target specific body parts if you don't want to create your own. Great app for what I'm using it for!

Nice App

I like the app overall. I can save workout routines, enter my own exercises, and it has a nice interface and watch app. It does a nice job of super sets as well both on the phone and the watch app. Would like to see a timer for between exercises in a super set that is different than the normal set timer but that is a nit.
Wish this was a glance on the watch though. Like glances much more than going to the app screen. Another workout app has an option to be a glance and that is nice. Like the way this app does timers.
I'm using this app though for all the other nice features. Will use for a couple of workouts and if all is good will upgrade.
I recommend the app.

Good when it works

My problem with this app is not its design, but the fact that it doesn't work well on the watch. I like having my strength training workout on my wrist at the gym so I can be reminded of reps and weights and can make changes as I progress without hauling my phone around during the workout. Unfortunately this app repeatedly fails to synch the watch with the phone to load the day's workout. I do this in the locker room so it is not an issue of being out of range. It is usually fixed by reinstalling the app on my watch, but it doesn't stay fixed for long. I've given up using it on my watch.
