High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) involves brief, high-intensity movement followed by brief periods of rest. HIIT workouts can be more effective than 30 or 60-minute workouts. Power 20 is a form of high intensity interval training.

No reason to buy the upgraded app. The free one is just fine and the upgraded doesn't have any new exercises just new background images which isn't worth the money.

I’m an early adopter of mobile health tools. I use RunKeeper, have a whitings wifi scale, I’ve used GAIN fitness now and again to inspire/track weight room workouts.

Within the past year, I’ve been more focused on getting outside to do my workouts. I’ve also become more interested in body weight exercises as I travel a lot - and would much rather get outside and explore a new city than spend time in even the nicest hotel gym.

I find the no weight workouts in Power20 are far more complete than GAIN Fitness - and in 20 minutes, even for someone who exercises and works out 5x a week still make me a bit sore.

Can’t recommend this highly enough. If you’re looking for a great workout that can be done quickly, anywhere, with nothing more than your iPhone - the Power20 series are all you need.
