Worthless waste of phone memory
I recently had a new Galaxy VX1000 UPS installed at my facility, and it was suggested that I download the My Schneider app, which I did. Unfortunately the model of my UPS is not able to be loaded as an asset, so I can’t use the app.
In addition, there is no technical support link for the app. When I was on the phone calling in a problem with the UPS, I asked the support guy about it and he was not able to help, either. In all fairness, he said that he would pass it on, and get back to me with a resolution.

App is useless
The app advertised as a management app for UPS. When I installed it however for my SMT1000c it did nothing for me. It does not show it in a list of managed devices event though it works fine via website. Total disappointment.

The good news is that we reached out to the SmartUps product team and they said that the SmartConnect site, which is optimized for mobile devices, will allow you to monitor your UPS and is accessible here: https://smartconnect.apc.com. If you need this app to add a device, it should be very obvious how to do it. Products has no option for scanning a new item.

Our apologies, currently we do not offer the ability to track and register your products via the app, we are working on our side to support US Market and put back this functionality in the future, please stay tuned. Otherwise, there is a scanning feature that can be used to scan a product QR/Bar code, reach the product landing, then you can save the product as a favorite for future reference or add it to a project. We hope this helps to clarify your concerns!
