Save your best friend and an entire 1950s town from a terrifying threat!
Your dearest friend, the journalist Helen Hunter, traveled to the coastal town of Serpent Creek to report on the Serpent Festival. Now she’s missing, and the last phone call she made was to you. As a paranormal private investigator, Helen wanted you to weigh in on some frightening things she’d discovered. She asked you to come immediately.
The first thing you see upon arriving in Serpent Creek is a humanoid, snake-like creature. Clearly, Helen’s fears were not groundless. It seems the town’s streets are crawling with snakes, the ground shakes with violent tremors, people are sleepwalking and, to make matters worse, no one remembers a blonde journalist.
Investigate mysterious locations and solve challenging puzzles to piece together clues about what happened to Helen. Reveal the evil that clutches this crippled town and stop a nefarious plot to bring the Snake God back to our world!

💜👍VERY AWESOME game!!👍💜

zit maniac

LOVED the story line- very UNIQUE set up. Out of the many hidden object/ mystery games I have in my cloud, I always seem to gravitate to this one and have played it several times now. In response to the 1st review, I will agree that it's a bit odd that the dialogue between you and the characters is a one way conversation where what you are saying is implied. Two-way dialogue would make this a perfect game, anyway, the graphics may be a bit cheesy, but just enough to make it eerily enticing. The music and sound effects make this a scary fun mystery game. (there is one h/o scene where I am literally mesmerized by the music and this creepy doll mask) There is a lot to solve and a bit challenging- a perfect combo of h/o and crime solving!! 💜👏👏👏👏👏💜However, the story is unfinished. Make the sequel !!!! Please!!!

Worth playing

Mair's rain

This was fun. I agree with other reviews that the puzzles and HOS were a bit too easy, but still fun. Some spelling errors. Too means also, not two. Forgot about looking for ?, so I will play again to find those, and I also felt like I missed a scene or two. Map could be a little more specific about where to go. For example, "hotel", could have a sub-map of the rooms in the hotel and 'x' them when they are completed. Like that you could tap a location on the map, and it transports you there. Look forward to the sequel!

Enjoyable, good for a freebie

I got this as a free offering and thought it was amusing. I liked the switch between puzzle, hidden object, and detective mode. It was challenging enough without being too frustrating, and the art was nice. I sensed it was a sequel, but having not played the previous game wasn't a hindrance. Some of the conversations with the game characters were strange, though, as if the non-player character was replying to something the player character never said aloud. And someone should have proofread the text onscreen. (Also, not really sure what the Medusa head on the icon means—no Medusas in the game that I recall.)
