Customer Reviews

App is about as useless as Comcast employees

Attempted to download 2 movies to my iPad that I had previously purchased but they would not complete the download. One would give a message that says unknown error, and the other would download completely and say download suspended at the end. After speaking with a Comcast representative, she tells me "sometimes the movie just doesn't download, is there anything else I can help you with". Then she kept trying to pass me off to the internet department instead of resolving my issue. Where do they find these people.

Useless on ipad air

Well, I can finally login again. However, I can not load a movie on my iPad air. For some reason, only 193 kb loads. Comcast has been in contact with me over the last month and a half to figure out why this is happening. The movie loads on iPhone, but not the iPad. Also, while I am not in the area where they are trying data caps, I wonder if downloading a movie on my device will count against the data cap, if yes, I will not be using this service.

Worst app ever

I am at a loss for words. I rarely complain about an app. It is understandable if maybe it is a little buggy, so long as it is functional and users can perform functions and give feedback for improvement. But, when an app as simple as this is completely non-functional, one has to wonder who had the decision making authority to release such a crappy product and do they still have their job. I am convinced anyone who has given this app any more than one store has not even tried to login yet.
