Only meditation app on my phone
I've weeded through tons and tons of meditation apps -- smiling mind, headspace, calm, etc. This one is now the only one on my phone. I've used it for a long long time on and off. I'm not an every day sort of user, but certainly frequent. I love the different voice options that is relatively new. This app makes me happy. I of course wish ALL of it was free, but that's life. Or, that it wasn't so expensive to subscribe. They used to let you purchase individual sessions if there was one you were particularly interested in. I would like that option. I would purchase individual meditations, but can't afford to subscribe.

I love this app. I've been using it for over a year and I have learned a lot with it. I'm a 40 year old guy ADHD and meditation helps me more than medication. I couldn't be still for two minutes when I started using this app and now I can meditate without guidance for 30 minutes. I love the fact that it teaches you how to meditate and that you have options for different emotions and situations. This is great for beginners and for those like myself with difficulty staying in the present moment.
I surprisingly love this app! It's helped teach me how to focus on my breath and close out busy thoughts that just end up making me feel anxious for no reason. It has different meditations for different moods that you're in. I've used it in the morning when waking up, I've used it while driving on a busy highway to help me relax, and I use it before bed. It's really great to have a tool like us to use anywhere, and it only takes a few minutes, that can change your whole day!
