* Snoring detection requires you to grant access for Beddit to use the microphone on your iOS-device. Beddit does not record audio as such (e.g. speech) but only changes in sound intensity levels.

** Smart-measuring functionality requires a you to authorize Beddit to use location services on your iOS-device. The real-time location is used to start measuring your sleep automatically when you go to bed. You can choose to disable the Smart-measuring which also disables the location data usage. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

The new TRENDS features makes your results visible over 7, 30 and 90-day periods so you always know if you are trending up, down, or holding steady. 

The first version of TRENDS offers three key areas for improving sleep - Sleep Score, sleep time, and all-night resting heart rate.
