This is an absolutely wonderful app! I used to have an app called Happier which is a social gratitude app. I got rid of it because it was to buggy and they didn't really take into account any suggestions that were given. This appears to be a social gratitude journal and then some!! Would it be possible in the future to post videos of our micro actions? That would be a wonderful update!! I just got this app today,but feeling more positive and wonderful already!! I love the idea of Jamie Oliver's petition which I already signed and keeping us positive and eating healthy!!I hope to have followers soon. I will be getting inspiration from other members. Thank you SOOO MUCH FOR DEVELOPING THIS APP!! Just yesterday I was in a real funk because I didn't know which direction to go in my life,but now I really feel like this could definitely guide me in the right direction!!
Helps with depression
I cannot begin to say enough about this app. It makes me feel so much happier and as though I can still breathe. After my daughter came into the world I started to struggle with happiness more. I've always had trouble with my mood. This app gives me small daily and weekly tastes to focus on. There are also other people that do the same and support complete strangers. There is no drama like other social sites just happiness and mindfulness. Thank you to those who made this app. I truly feel less depressed, more in the moment, and thankful for what is in my life because it helps me to stop and see the beauty around me.
