Stache makes it quick and easy to collect and re-discover pages you find useful, interesting or inspiring, in a beautiful, visual and fully searchable library.

Browser bookmarks can quickly become endless lists of unorganised messy page titles — hard to browse and time consuming to organise — making it difficult to find the page you’re looking for.

Stache makes bookmarking smarter with visual bookmarks, complete content search and full page archiving.

Every page you Stache is stored and displayed with a beautiful screenshot, helping you identify and preview pages quickly.

Complete content search makes it quick and easy to find pages even if you can’t remember the site name or page title.

A full-page screenshot and web archive is stored with every bookmark to archive the page content and design. Perfect for collecting inspiring designs and preserving content in case the page changes or goes offline.

Select a bookmark and hit space to see an instant full page preview, ideal for quickly glancing over a page without leaving Stache.

Group and organise bookmarks with collections, folders and tags.

Stache integrates with Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Opera to make bookmarking as simple as a single click. Just hit the Stache icon or Alt+S to stache a page. A bookmarklet is also available for other browsers.

- Import/Export HTML Bookmark Files
- Export full-page screenshots and web archives
- URL Scheme support
- URL Sharing (Email, iMessage, Twitter and Facebook)

Whether you’re collecting articles for research in your studies, pages of useful products for an upcoming project or archiving inspiring site designs, Stache is there to make all that information accessible when you need it.

Best app for bookmark management ever

I don’t know what many of the negative reviewers have a beef is; Stache is the best thing since, well, Chrome’s bookmark bar. It’s like Pinterest but easier, better and more streamlined.

I’m very happy to see the newer versions have the “Export” option, but I’d like to see down the road the ability to export not only the bookmarks but the screencaps, too, so that I could easily export all my Stachemarks in a particular folder to a single directory organized in an HTML file with the same visual benefits of Stache.

I can’t imagine how I got by before Stache! Three thumbs-up to the developers!

<<—Editing/Updating Review: So sad to hear about the Sierra compatability issues, but happy Stache is at least browsable on desktop now! PLEASE, DEVELOPERS, STICK WITH IT — EVEN IF THE REVENUE STREAM SEEMS IMPOSSIBLE!—>

Was 5 Stars - Now seems to be failing!

Stach no longer syncs and apparently the iOS versions are retired.

I loved this app. Spent a fortune on this app. Now it is not useful. Very very sad. :( Why? Are you closing down? What happened?

Just more toruble than it's worth

Ive been wanting this for a while and dont understand why it hasnt come in any form with new os updates, especialy since they have the “favorite sites” window just to taunt you. so this is $9 and if it worked good that’d be fine I guess but it doesnt so its enough to make it even more annoying.

They dont tell you it doesn't sync anymore until you open it the first time. It wont sync with your os ( im using Sierra fyi). Somewhat understandable since it does change all the time. That's fine for me really but I just want to manage teh crazniess thath is my current random collection of bookmarks that has ammassed over the years. Easy enough to import safari bookmarks even though the link they have on their site to how to do it is a broken link.

The Visual function, the whole purpose of the thing is slow, almost easier to actually open your safari bookmarks to check em than wait for this to load them. Renaming folders you add is glitchy and sometimes just wont let you. there's just this overall impression from when you install it of a really good idea that has just been abandoned.

I left it to open a folder while I wrote this and it still hasnt loaded any images. it imports some safri folders fine and others as “collections”. the ones it imports as collections has the bookmarks but cant load any of the images. My assumption is it has been importing for 30 minutes and may still be converting them into “folders” but who knows. cant see if any have updated because if you try and scroll down your list it scrolls back to the top.

and stop asking permission to download fonts. I dont need any fonts downloaded for my bookmarks.
