For this release, we focused on fixing bugs and improving the overall user experience of the app and boy did we nailed it! These are some of the changes that you will come across:
Goodbye lockscreen! You won't need to enter your PIN to access the app.
The app is no longer crashing during the verification process and other requests.
Easy access to other user’s profiles through the chat.
Better display of screens that were not showing properly.
As usual, we’ve made general improvements and fixes that you will like and enjoy.
Ratings and Reviews
So far this is an extremely aggravating app to use. It’s very intrusive and there’s absolutely no customer support to help with questions that need an immediate answer. They want you to attach a bank account (by allowing them to have all of your log in info for that bank account!) and it doesn’t seem like it’s possible to use a credit card instead. I’ve been trying to buy some bitcoin since yesterday and still have no bitcoin, this is ridiculous. At this point I would highly recommend not using this app to purchase bitcoin. I will gladly update my rating if these things get fixed but as of now this app is terrible.

Terrible. Use someone else. You will loose money with this
I went through the long procedure of all the info, data, bank info. Then I added the funds I wanted. I then emailed them to make sure it was all good. They responded it would take 72 for funds to clear. I emailed back with more questions to make sure it was done right. No response. I emailed again, no response. Then the next day it was canceled. I emailed again. No response. I emailed again and finally someone else told me to order again with zero explanation nor apology. I have lost all trust in these guys and lost money by trusting them. Do not recommend.

Opening an account is one task- getting help to do so a feat of literal impossibility. after two weeks and numerous (polite) attempts i still stand unserved- uploaded id, address identification three times. still no possibilty to use the app. transferred money that didnt arrive.....quite amazing. everything would be ok if someone would take ownership and assist a new customer to get started. still waiting.....
even after writing this report NO SUPPORT resulted- i really wonder how this company fumctions. they have my phone number my email address- do you think that anyone there gives a crap- NO
